Australian Scooter Federation launches
The major scooter importers in Australia have launched an industry federation to help promote the class.In its launch blurb, the organization says, "ASF has been launched with the rider in mind, to maximise scooter riding experiences. Are the road laws adequate, is there enough parking, should tolls be looked at, would car drivers benefit from extra training, and is the product being distributed of a high quality?" It's web site has just started up and you can find it at www.scooterfederation.com.au.
