Wollongong man Ian Roberts has been given the task of chasing soccer celebrities around the world, and his task has been made a lot tougher than he expected by the recent airline terrorism scare in the UK.
Roberts had 11 signatures at last report and was hoping to get the entire Socceroo squad. Player Tim Cahill, when seeing the tank, hinted he may be one of the bidders.
Bidding had reached $60,525 at the time of writing and was due to close on August 19.
