Argo does its bit for a flood victim

The devastating floods in Queensland touched many Australians, none more so than the plight of the McGuire family

Zac McGuire is seven years old, and in the recent flash flooding that hit Queensland, he tragically lost his two siblings and mother in a raging torrent of water. Of his immediate family, only his father Danny survived.

The story has touched a nation, and ARGO ATV in Australia has decided to help out in the small way it can.

“We all at Argo ATV in Australia and as far away as the Argo factory in Canada were touched by this very sad and horrific story, so much so we wanted to do something to help young Zac rebuild his life,” said Gary Olsen from Argo.

“We thought what better to put a bit of fun in his life, than to offer Zac one of our famous Amphibious Argos.”

Zac and Danny are now the proud owners of a yellow Argo Frontier 580 6WD, which was recently handed over at a ceremony in Gatton (Qld).
