Aprilia V4 soon
It seems Aprilia is closer than we thought to releasing a V4 road bike.The company has long-held ambitions to compete in world superbike with such an engine configuration and it seems likely they will be able to show production and race prototypes for the European show season in 2007 - indicating a return to racing in 2008.
The company has so far relied heavily on its V-twin line-up, such as the RSV1000R pictured, as its image-maker but now seems keeen to move on.
