The all-new Aprilia Tuareg 660 middleweight adventure tourer is expected to arrive at Australian dealerships in mid-2022.
First revealed in August, the new Aprilia Tuareg 660 revives the legendary moniker and targets the red-hot middleweight adventure category which already includes the Yamaha Tenere 700, KTM 890 Adventure R and Triumph Tiger 900.

Using a similar twin-cylinder engine platform to the popular Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660, the new Tuareg is designed with off-road riding in mind. It is capable of 80hp and 70Nm, but it weighs in at just 204kg wet.
Other key features of Aprilia’s new adventure bike include an 18-litre fuel tank, ride modes (including an off-road mode), switchable ABS and traction control, cruise control, a 5-inch TFT display, Brembo brakes, and long-travel Kayaba suspension.
Aprilia will offer the new machine in three colour schemes – Indaco Tagelmust, Martian Red, and Acid Gold. There will also be a wide range of accessories and apparel available to customers.
Pricing for the 2022 Aprilia Tuareg 660 is yet to be announced.
