Australia’s own luggage mogul Andy Strapz is taking on the Himalayas.
Embarking on a new endeavor, Strapz has teamed up with Indian tour group Karma Yatri to put together a 24-day motorcycle trip from Kashmir to Kathmandu.
Dubbed Andy’s Kashmir Kathmandu Epic, the tour will take place from September 26-October 20, 2026, and include a mix of Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and Triumph 400 Scrambler X models.
The epic tour will start in the Kashmir region and head through the Ladakh and Spiti areas, before heading to Uttarakhand and into Western Nepal, finishing in Kathmandu.

Combining epic views of some of the world’s highest mountains (including Dhaulairi, Annapurna, Nanda Devi, and Manaslu) with rich cultural experiences in a variety of distinct regional and religious zones, Andy’s Kashmir Kathmandu Epic is sure top be once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Strapz recently visited the region himself and was full of praise.
Much of the ride will be on sealed roads, but riders must be prepared for rougher roads and long days in the saddle. Accommodation will be in comfortable single share rooms with the odd home stay thrown in the mix.
Interested riders should contact Andy for more information at info@andystrapz.com or 03 9786 3445.
