Suzuki has added a pair of retro-inspired naked bikes to its 800 range, with both powered by the brand’s proven DOHC 776cc parallel-twin motor.
The all-new 2026 Suzuki GSX-8T and GSX-8TT are due to arrive in Australian dealerships towards the end of 2025. Pricing will start at $17,990 ride away for the 8T, and $18,990 ride away for the 8TT.
Both bikes use the same parallel-twin engine platform found in the V-Strom 800DE adventure tourer, the GSX-8R sportsbike, and the GSX-8S naked bike. The engine features a 270-degree crankshaft design and is capable of 61kW at 8500rpm and 78Nm at 6800rpm.

According to Suzuki, the new 8T and 8TT were designed by its team in Italy before being developed and built in Japan. Inspiration was taken from classic Suzuki models from the 1960s and 1970s, including the T500 and the Yoshimura GS1000.
In addition to the engine and the steel twin-spar frame, features common to both new models include KYB suspension, Nissin brakes, a single round headlight, bar-end mirrors, a 16.5L fuel tank, lithium starter battery, a USB socket.
Also shared is the electronics suite, which consists of a 5-inch TFT display, adjustable traction control, three ride modes, and a quickshifter.
The GSX-8T has a tuck-and-roll seat and a true naked design, while the GSX-8TT ups the ante with a headlight cowl, more aerodynamic attention, a sportier seat design, black forks, red wheels, and bold decals.
