Ducati has unveiled the Superleggera V4 Centenario to mark its 100th anniversary. The high-spec model is a limited-edition road-legal bike with just 500 units worldwide, plus 100 Tricolore editions.
The bike brings a host of firsts to production motorcycles, including carbon-ceramic brake discs and a fork with carbon-fibre sleeves. It also features a full carbon-fibre chassis, swingarm, subframes and wheels, reducing the wet weight to 173kg, or 167kg with the standard racing kit.
Power comes from a new Desmosedici Stradale R 1100 engine, increasing displacement to 1,103cc. It delivers 228hp in road trim and 247hp with the Akrapovic racing exhaust.

Ducati has focused on weight savings and performance, using titanium valves, a lightened crankshaft with tungsten counterweights, and hand-set desmodromic timing. A race-inspired gearbox positions neutral under first gear to prevent false neutrals during aggressive braking.
The Superleggera V4 Centenario is the first road bike equipped with carbon-ceramic discs, which reduce weight and rotational inertia while maintaining braking performance at high temperatures. Brembo GP4-HY calipers and pads are specially developed to work with the discs.
The bike’s Öhlins suspension includes a pressurised NPX 25/30 carbon-fibre fork and a TTX36 GP LW rear shock with titanium linkages, carrying over technology from MotoGP. Aerodynamic features such as wings and corner sidepods, derived from the Panigale V4 R and MotoGP, generate downforce and improve cornering stability.

Electronics are derived from the Panigale V4 R but upgraded with new Ducati Vehicle Optimisation algorithms, offering refined traction, wheelie, slide and launch control, along with Dynamic Engine Brake technology to stabilise the bike in corners. Each motorcycle comes in a bespoke wooden crate with certificate, cover, paddock stands and racing kit, and 26 owners will gain access to a MotoGP Experience with the DesmosediciGP26.
The Superleggera V4 Centenario combines extreme performance, advanced materials and racing-derived technology in a collectible limited-edition package that Ducati says represents the pinnacle of its century-long engineering expertise.
Local pricing and availability is yet to be announced.
