As an evolution of the popular Indian Challenger, the new Indian Pursuit utilises the liquid-cooled 108 cubic-inch PowerPlus v-twin engine. The powertrain, which delivers 122hp and 178Nm at 3800rpm, has been recalibrated in both the Pursuit and Challenger for 2022.

Also adopted from the Challenger is the menacing frame-mounted fairing which houses the Indian Ride Command system, an electronically-adjustable windshield, and a pair of speakers. The Ride Command system comes complete with Bluetooth, navigation and Apple CarPlay.

Other electronic features on the bike include heated grips, cruise control, electronically-adjustable Fox rear suspension, a Bosch IMU with smart lean technology, dynamic traction control and ABS, and LED lighting.

Where the Pursuit is separated from the Challenger is in its added touring features. The Pursuit sees the debut of an all-new heated touring seat, and also includes a premium lockable top storage box in addition to the two lockable saddlebags. The top box also includes a pillion backrest.

As is standard, Indian will also offer a wide array of accessories for performance, style, and comfort. Features such as performance parts, mid-rise handlebars, additional storage, and improved audio systems can all be purchased with the motorcycle.
