AIS trials camp
Join the experts for some training expertiseFrom Motorcycling Australia: Motorcycling Australia has announced that it will be holding a training camp based at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra specifically for Moto Trials riders.
The camp which will be open to both men and women, will be run between Sunday 18 and Tuesday 20 May 2008.
There will be a place for up to 10 athletes and will have places made available for equal numbers of male and female applicants.
The training camp will run over two and a half days with two on-bike training sessions and AIS lectures on general sports science (i.e. Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Physiology, Strength and Conditioning etc.)
