2020 Ducati Streetfighter V4
A naked Streetfighter version of Ducati’s new V4 machine was always inevitable, but now the confirmation has come from BolognaDucati’s announced a Streetfighter V4 will be released in 2020, powered by the 1103cc Stradale engine found in the Ducati Panigale V4 range.
A prototype of the Streetfighter – complete with a ‘pixelated’ livery – will compete in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in Colorado on June 30, 2019, ridden by reigning champion Carl Dunne.
The production machine will then make its debut at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, which begins on November 5.
The Ducati Streetfighter V4 derives directly from the Panigale V4, but stripped of fairings and fitted with high and wide handlebars.

Ducati hasn’t released performance figures for the Streetfighter V4, but we’d expect that it will produce more torque than the Panigale V4’s 124Nm (with the peak at lower revs), but maybe not with the same 211hp top-end hit.
The Ducati Streetfighter V4 will join the KTM 1290 Super Duke R, Yamaha MT-10 SP, BMW S 1000 R and the limited-edition MV Agusta Brutale 1000 Serie Oro in the high-performance naked bike stakes.

"Streetfighter V4 is the Panigale for road riding; so there was no better stage than the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb for what will be the highest performance Streetfighter ever put into production.”
The Streetfighter V4 will be be available globally from March 2020, but we’re still awaiting official confirmation from the company's Aussie arm.
