The latest iteration of Suzuki's venerable GSX-R750 has arrived in Australian dealerships, with the mechanically-unchanged model now available in three new colour schemes.
First introduced way back in 1985, the GSX-R750 remains as the sole offering in the once massive three-quarter-litre sportsbike class, and continues to offer a compelling blend of Superbike-like performance and Supersport-like handling.
The model's 750cc four-cylinder engine produces a claimed 150hp at 13,200rpm and 86.3Nm at 11,200rpm, with the output available via a choice of two ride modes.
That engine is slotted within a twin-spar aluminium frame suspended by a Show Big Piston Fork and Showa monoshock, both fully adjustable. Braking performance is assured thanks to a twin-disc setup up front with Brembo radial-mount four-piston calipers.
The 2017 Suzuki GSX-R750 is available in Metallic Triton Blue, Glass Sparkle Black/Marble Daytona Yellow or Pearl Glacier White.
The bike is available for $17,490 ride away and comes with a two-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty.
