2017 Kawasaki Z650L on sale
Kawasaki's learner offensive continues with the new middleweight new parallel twin nakedThe newest addition to Kawasaki’s Z series of nakedbikes, the Z650L, is now available locally for $9699 plus on-road costs. Colours are Pearl Flat Stardust White / Metallic Spark Black or Metallic Flat Spark Black / Metallic Spark Black.
The Z650L has a 649cc parallel twin engine which produces 51hp (37.8kW) at 8000rpm in LAMS trim, and 59NM of toque at 6500rpm.
It has Kawasaki's 'Sugomi' styling, a slip and assist clutch, a 15kg trellis frame, and Bosch anti-lock braking. The seat eight is 790mm, and the wet weight is 186kg.
Bikesales will be riding the Z650L alongside the 2017 Ninja 650 and Ninja 650L at the national press launch on January 20, 2017, so standby for a full review, as well as photos and video.
