CFMoto's new 650MT LAMS-spec adventure tourer will go on sale in mid-May 2017, with standard features including an adjustable windscreen, 18-litre fuel tank, LED lighting, two riding modes, anti-lock braking and a USB charging port.
New upside-down long-travel forks are also fitted to the 650MT, while the machine is the third CFMoto model to be designed by Kiska, the company behind KTM design since 1992.
At the 650MT’s heart is a 649.3cc parallel twin engine, boasting 55hp (41.5KW) at 9500rpm and 62Nm of torque at 7000rpm in LAMS configuration. It's the same engine as found in the 650NK naked (review here).
Introductory deal
From now until July 31, 2017, you can take advantage of CFMoto’s introductory offer on the 650MT and save $500 dollars. Cost is $6990 ride away for the standard 650MT or $7490 ride away for the 650MT with a 32-litre Shad pannier kit.
“The CFMoto 650MT is being introduced with a price differential between 30-50 per cent over our competitors and you will be hard pressed to find an adventure tourer with a similar specification offering the same value,” said CFMoto Australia boss Michael Poynton.
The 650MT is available in two colours: blue or white.
