2017 Benelli TnT 125

A new member of the 'urban pocket rocket' brigade in Australia

Benelli's 12-inch wheeled Tornado TnT 125 nakedbike is now on sale in Australia to take on the likes of Kawasaki and Honda in the 'urban pocket rocket' stakes.

The machine has a 125cc single-cylinder twin-spark engine delivering a claimed 11hp at 9500rpm and 10Nm at 7000rpm, mated to a five-speed gearbox. Gases are expelled through a twin exhaust.

The chassis includes a trellis frame, 35mm upside-down forks and preload-adjustable rear shock, while retardation is achieved by Benelli’s Combined Braking System.

The TnT 125 has a 7.2-litre fuel tank, a 780 mm seat height, LED lighting and a range of accessories.

The bike is available in red, white or black for $3850 rideaway including a two-year unlimited-kilometre warranty and the same length of nationwide roadside assist.

Bikesales will be riding the TnT 125 at the Aussie press launch on September 21, so standby for a full review.
