
Suzuki has launched the 2016 RM-Z250 motocross bike, which now features holeshot assist, first introduced on the RM-Z450 in 2014, along with KYB PSF2 front forks and a number of revisions to the engine which are claimed to provide a wider range of power delivery.
The holeshot assist has two modes—for hard surfaces or slippery conditions it's A, and when conditions at the starting gate provide better traction, it's B. For both modes, the ignition returns to normal when riders shift to fourth gear, when the throttle is closed, or after six seconds—whichever happens first.
Holeshot assist can also be turned off.

Suzuki Australia has announced the 2016 RM-Z250 will go on sale in August 2016, with price yet to be announced.
