2016 Australian Speedway Championships calendars
All the solo and sidecar titles, including dates for the U16 and U21 battlesMotorcycling Australia (MA) has released the dates for all Australian speedway titles in 2016, and are as follows:
Solo Championship
- Round 1: Qualifying January 1st & Round 1 January 2nd, Kurri-Kurri Speedway
- Round 2: January 6th, Undera Speedway
- Round 3: January 8th, Gillman Speedway
- Round 4: January 10th, Olympic Park Speedway, Mildura
U21 Solo Championship
- January 23rd: Gillman Speedway
U16 Solo / Sidecar Championship: Sidewinders U16 Speedway, Wingfield, SA
- January 21st: Practice & Qualifying
- January 22nd: U16 Individual Solo Championship
- January 23rd: U16 250cc Solo Championship, Gillman Speedway
- January 24th: U16 Solo Best Pairs & U16 Sidecar Championships
Australian Speedway Sidecar Championship
- April 8th: Practice & Qualifying, Olympic Park Speedway, Mildura
- April 9th: Championship, Olympic Park Speedway, Mildura
Supplementary regulations and entry forms for the relevant championships will be released over the coming months.
