The single-cylinder air-cooled engine has two intake valves and one exhaust valve, we well as a single overhead cam and electronic fuel injection. Maximum power is 11.9hp (8.9kW) at 8250rpm.
The frame is completely new, made with steel piping and pressed and welded reinforcements. There's a 32mm fork, monoshock rear, and 12-inch wheels. The braking system consists of a 220mm steel front disc and 140mm rear drum.
Subtle features, like foldaway passenger pegs and a sidestand with engine safety switch, have been retained on the new model, and a top case can easily be fitted to the rear for extra storage if required.
