2015 ASBK classes

Four classes for superbike, supersport, moto3/125GP and 250/300 production, plus an unlimited support category and 'Club Challenge'

The structure and composition of the 2015 Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) continues to take shape, with the major classes for the five-round series now decided.

In 2015 the championship classes will be:

  • Superbike;
  • Supersport;
  • Moto3/125GP; and
  • 250/300 Production (including a women’s championship).

In addition, there will also be an unlimited national support class with largely open rules for competitors with all types of solo machines above a capacity of 500cc. Additional announcements around MA’s support categories will be made in coming weeks.

Next year, ‘Club Challenge’ races will also be introduced, a format which will allow each host club to select the most popular class among their members and then slot it into the ASBK program.
