2014 Yamaha TMAX
The maxi, newly redesigned in 2013, now comes with anti-lock braking as standard, and there's also a redesigned CVT unit for more durabilityThe 2014 model Yamaha TMAX scooter is now available for $13,499, the 530cc machine now boasting anti-lock braking as standard for the first time.
A 282mm rear disc has been added to the machine, working in combination with the new dual ABS-operated 267mm front disc brakes with four-pot calipers.
Other than a redesigned CVT unit for more durability, that’s about the extent of the updates on the 2014 model, which just last year underwent significant changes including a 30cc hike in capacity, a major alteration to weight distribution, a 4g weight loss, and the fitment of all-new bodywork. The 2014 model TMAX is available in Competition White or Gun Metal Grey.
