2014 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 now on sale

Fresh from being launched in New Zealand, the bike has now gone on sale in Australia for $15,490 – the same figure as its original launch price in 2002!

Suzuki’s extensively remodelled V-Strom 1000 adventure bike – now lighter, more powerful, more economical and boasting traction control and anti-lock braking – has gone on sale in Australia for $15,490.

“This latest V-Strom once again demonstrates the essence of Suzuki motorcycle engineering, with a host of exciting new features,” said Suzuki Australia Motorcycles Marketing Manager, Lewis Croft.

“And value for money has always been a core Suzuki philosophy. When you consider what the new Suzuki V-Strom adds in spec over the 2002 model, it’s clear that Australian customers are the big winners from this outstanding price.”

The Bikesales Network has already ridden the updated V-Strom 1000 ABS, and you can read our ride impression and the full suite of updates here.

Prospective customers can visit their local Suzuki dealer, which can be found through the dealer locator on www.suzuki.com.au.
