2014 Suzuki GSX-R1000 SE
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Suzuki setting up shop in America, with a total worldwide production of 100 models for the spruced-up sportsbikeTo celebrate 50 years of Suzuki doing business in America, the company has introduced a limited-production GSX-R1000 SE, with 50 to be sold through Suzuki dealers in America and the balance distributed worldwide -- but not Australia.
The SE model adds a polished and chrome-plated frame; machined and polished chrome rims with clear-coated blue spokes; and anodised blue fork tubes fork adjusters, steering stem nut and the ring surrounding the tachometer.
At the rear, Suzuki has added a polished exhaust and muffler combination that’s finished with a black anodised end cap. There’s also a blue chain. And in between, the clutch cover, generator cover, and rear shock spring are also given a blue finish.
The bike’s engine and chassis remain untouched.
