2013 Perth Motorcycle and Scooter Show
A new venue -- Claremont Showground -- for the show's 20th year, and special guests will include Charley Boorman, Mick Doohan and Jeremy McWilliamsThe 2013 Perth Motorcycle and Scooter Show will be held at Claremont Showground from November 1-3.
The show is celebrating its 20th year, and now has more exhibition space, a bigger stage area, and a dedicated action arena. Special guests will be Aussie road racing icon Mick Doohan, adventure man Charley Boorman, and former MotoGP rider and current historics campaigner Jeremy McWilliams.
A Mick Doohan charity ride will be held on the Saturday morning, with riders finishing at the show.
The show will also include:
- Moto trials demos;
- A motocross/enduro adventure bike circuit;
- “Come try riding” with 50cc scooters on a dedicated track;
- A junior test track;
- Supermotard racing;
- Gymkhana and speedway racing;
- Pyrotechnics displays on the Friday and Saturday nights;
- Moto Live stage show -- new releases and product reviews, entertainment, fashion parades, interviews and more;
- Custom bike displays plus Show & Shine competition; and
- Live music, food and drink for sale and licensed bar area!
The show opens at 10:00am each day, and closes at 9:00pm on Friday, 6:00pm on Saturday and 5:00pm on Sunday. Entry costs $20 for adults, $10 for children, $15 for pensioners/students $$5 for a family, and kids under five are free.
