2013 Honda Broadford Bike Bonanza
The fourth instalment has just been put to bed, but the event's committee is already sorting out the ‘paperwork' for 2013, including a new elegibility cut-offDo you know when Easter falls in 2013? The organising committee for the 2013 Honda Broadford Bike Bonanza certainly does, and it falls on March 28-30.
And the committee’s already started putting plans in place, including making the eligibility cut-off date for motorcycle entries as the same 25-year rolling date applied to club permit registered motorcycles -- meaning that bikes manufactured from 1985-1987 will be eligible to enter the event.
Event Organiser Peter Drakeford is looking forward to building on the success of the 2012 HBBB.
“We had a lot more motorcycles than last year and more riders,” Drakeford said. “While things were a little crowded on the road circuit we believe we can cope with the added volume the change to the cut-off date will inevitability bring. The riding format will stay the same and we believe we have the right mix for all enthusiasts.”
