The calendar for the 2013 Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) has been announced, as is as follows:
Rd1, February 22-24, Phillip Island, Vic (In conjunction with World Superbike)
Rd2, April 5-7, Symmons Plains, Tas (in conjunction with V8 Supercars)
Rd3, April 18-21, Hidden Valley, NT
Rd4, June 14-16, Queensland Raceway, Qld
Rds 5 & 6, August 1-4, Sydney Motorsport Park, NSW
Rd7, October 4-6, Phillip Island, Vic

. The calendar also includes a national ‘Come and try it day’, which will be held nationally on March 2.
Meanwhile, the 2013 Manual of Motorcycle Sport is now available on the Motorcycling Australia (MA) website at www.ma.org.au/moms. The manual contains the all-important General Competition Rules, with rule changes made in the last 12 months bolded, and deletions struck through. Any new rule changes come into effect on January 1, 2013.
