Men's and women's teams, which will fight it out against the world's best in France in September

The Australian men’s and women’s teams have been announced for the 2013 Trial des Nations (TdN), which will take place on September 8-9 in La Chatre, France. The teams are as follows:

Men

  • Kyle Middleton
  • Tim Coleman
  • Neil Price
  • Boyd Willcocks
  • Reserve: Colin Zarzcynski

Women

  • Kristie McKinnon
  • Brooke Lonie
  • Adina Reed
  • Reserve: Ina Halls

“I am very happy with the selections for both teams,” said team manager Phil Whittle. "The men’s are very experienced with plenty of Trial des Nations and world championship representation. If things go our way this year we could have a great chance of making the podium.”

“The women have has plenty of experience, particularly Kristie McKinnon, who is ranked ninth in the world, and three-time Trial des Nations representative Brooke Lonie.”

In 2012, the men’s and women’s teams finished seventh and eighth respectively. The Aussie men contest the second-tier division, away from moto trials powerhouses like Spain, Great Britain and Italy.
