Yamaha Motor Australia’s local scooter range will reach double figures in 2011 when the XC125 Vity goes on sale in April.
The Vity, which was on the Yamaha stand at the just concluded Melbourne Motorcycle Expo, has a fuel-injected, air-cooled four-stroke, single-cylinder engine, and the wet weight is 110kg with 5.5 litres of fuel.
There’s a 1250mm wheelbase, 143mm front disk brake, chunky 10-inch tyres, 730mm seat height, an easily accessible storage compartments, rear luggage rack, three-spoke aluminium wheels, and it comes in laser blue or gun metallic.
