Suzuki has started deliveries of two new 2011 models, the SFV650 and V-Strom 650, the latter optionally available with ABS.
Both models are powered by the same 645cc V-twin 90-degree engine, and the 2011 V-Strom 650 dual-purpose motorcycle is available in black or grey colour schemes, and is priced from $10,390 for the standard model and $500 more for the V-Strom 650A with ABS, at $10,890.
The V-Strom 650 features a 22lt long range tank, twin-spar aluminium-alloy frame and swingarm, a "relaxed riding position" plus an adjustable windscreen, dual trip meters, temperature and fuel gauges and LED indicator lights.
Suzuki's 2011 SVF650 (aka Gladius) has also arrived in Australia, available in blue/white or black/silver colour schemes priced from $10,490 for both the full power and restricted LAMS-approved versions.
The 645cc V-twin engine is fed fuel via a 14.5lt fuel tank and boasts a "European-inspired look" according to Suzuki.
The 2011 Suzuki V-Strom and SVF650 models are covered by a two-year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
