The latest version of the CBR125R, based on the same styling as the CB250R, is now on sale in Australia for $3990.
The CBR125R is powered by a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. New for 2011 is a revised PGM-FI fuel injection system which ensures greater fuel economy and reduced emissions -- as well as a considerably larger fuel tank to allow a much greater range.
The machine shows off new body work, and the lightweight diamond twin-spar steel frame is just one of the reasons it weights in at just 137kg.
There’s a mechanically actuated clutch, six-speed gearbox, 31mm fork, monoshock, and the LAMS bike features a new exhaust system incorporating an oxygen sensor and a Tri-metal catalytic converter.
Finally, there’s a new multi-function digital instrument display, and it’s available in three colours: Terra Silver Metallic, Ross White Tricolour or Asteroid Black Metallic.
Until September 30, 2011, CBR125R customers can take advantage of a 12.95 percent interest rate with no application fee from Honda Finance to secure the LAMS-approved bike.
