2011 Aussie superbike calendar
Eight rounds, three in conjunction with V8 Supercars, and WA makes a return to the national sceneFollowing is the 2011 Viking Group Australian Superbike Championship (ASC) calendar:
- Rd1 February 25-27, Phillip Island, Vic (as part of world superbike round): SBK/PST, SSP, SST
- Rd2 March 4-6, Symmons Plains, Tas: SBK, PST, SSP, SST, LIT
- Rd3 April 14-17, Hidden Valley, NT: SBK, PST, SSP, SST, LIT
- Rd4 May 6-8, Barbagallo, WA (V8 Supercars): SBK/PST
- Rd5 June 3-5, Queensland Raceway: SBK, PST, SSP, SST, LIT
- Rd6 August 19-21, Queensland Raceway (V8 Supercars): SBK/PST
- Rd7 November 11-13, Symmons Plains (V8 Supercars): SBK/PST
- Rd8 November 18-20, Phillip Island: SBK, PST, SSP, SST, LIT
Again, New South Wales misses out on the action, while Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania have been allocated two rounds apiece.
Meanwhile, the Western Australian circuit of Barbagallo makes a return to the ASC calendar for the first time since 2006, but it will only be for Superbike and Prostock (formerly Superstock 1000) competitors as support events to the V8 Supercar round.
Hidden Valley (NT) hosts the other round.

SCR = Superside (Sidecars)
LIT = Lites or 125GP/250mono
SMO = Supermoto
HMR = Historic Masters
AUC = Aussie Racing Cars
The rounds in which sidecar, supermoto and Aussie Racing Cars competitors participate in will be confirmed shortly.
