
The FIM has announced the provisional calendar for the 2010 Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix.
The main changes from this year’s calendar, outside of the standard date tweaks, are that Hungary finally joins the fray after one aborted attempt, and the British GP will now shift to Silverstone after a 23-year tenure at Donington.

The Hungarian round will be held at Balatonring, a 4.650km circuit located 180km from Budapest, close to Europe’s biggest lake, Balaton.
The brand new facility was due to host its first MotoGP race in September this year, but was cancelled due to issues with capital.
There is a reserve circuit in 2010, Motorland Aragon, which is currently being built in Spain. The 5.345km layout will officially open in September this year.
