January 8, 2009
When the 2009 Australian Motocross Championship kicks off in Wodonga (Vic) on April 5 - the first of eight rounds - the grids in Pro Open and Pro Lites will be practically unrecognisable from the ones that completed season 2008.
A couple of factory teams have remained unchanged or kept the majority of their personnel, namely Yamaha and Suzuki, while Honda, KTM and Kawasaki will be new-look affairs, a function of voluntary (Daniel McCoy for one has left Honda to ride in America) and involuntarily departures.
