The world's most unlikely drag racer?Mention Ducati to most people and we're reasonably confident that drag-racing is not the first thing that will pop into their heads. However that's exactly what Ducati Bunbury (in WA) have been specialising in over recent years - not surprising, given the dearth of good sports roads in the state.
By far their most outrageous toy is this one, a 900SS-based machine, fitted with a turbo, that makes over 200 horses at the back tyre and is shooting for the 8-second bracket at the local drags.
The wild machine runs an air-shifter and lock-up clutch, but surprisingly few other transmission mods.
