I bought it back in 2020 off my partners dad.
I intended to have it dialled for my partner to ride when we ventured out on near by forrest trails.
Intended for convenience so she didn't have to pick up her 150RB load and unload etc.
She road it once, said it felt heavy compared to the 150RB. and its been indoors on a race stand ever since and hadn't been outside from 2020 until I took these photos yesterday.
The photos speak for themselves. its genuinely very clean and in excellent condition.
Brand new they are close to $6K and like most of the adolescent mini/ mid size bikes, they haven't changed for many years.
They are tough, reliable steel frame, super comfortable plush damping, disc brakes front and rear and a torquee linear 4stroke engine that pulls up hill in most gears like a tractor.
It presents very well as I spared no expense in making this KLX140 one of the sweetest ones I've ever seen.
No cheap fake parts. That's a genuine $600 T6 Header and muffler designed and manufactured by Pro circuit California USA. That exhaust gives it that little bit more 'get up', and it sounds wicked like a proper little thumper. Genuine Contour ProTaper fat bars and genuine ProTaper lock on Grips.
I had a Recreational Reg kit and RWC supplied and fitted by Epping moto ion prep for attending vicorads. The rec reg has since expired but the bike is the same as when I took to be registered. Even the exhaust was compliant.
I just serviced it and put a new Century battery in it.
Its an awesome bike, like new, better than standard spec and cheaper.
Asking 4500 as you see it in the photos or 2999 without protaper bars, grips, pro circuit full system.
Basically returned to standard.
