For Sale is my 2012 Tiger Explorer in stunning blue. I truly believe this colour is the best for this bike - but don't take my word for it, come and have a look!
Just serviced - next due in 15000km. (16000 km intervals). Meticulously looked after by myself and previous owner who had it from new!
Scorpion exhaust gives a lovely throaty note but not noisy so you stay on the good side of your neighbours!
Comes with one-key panniers. Dead easy to attach and remove. Very voluminous which is why they are lightly raced! I tend to use a waterproof bag strapped behind me but panniers would be handy on long trips, especially 2-up. I'll leave that up to you.
Also complete with small tank bag that's ideal for wallet, phone, spare gloves, earphones, visor cleaner etc. I like the small one but you can easily upgrade to a bigger one of desired...
Fitted with Michelin Anakee tyres which are 80/20 (90/10?) road based making it great for touring and hitting the twisties but you might like to consider something different if going serious off-roading. I have had this bike down the Darling River Run but would seriously recommend changing tyres before attempting again!
Motorrad screen does a great job of keeping the wind out and, with the heated grips and bark busters you have no worries staying warm.
SW Motech crash bars installed.
Lower touring pegs installed for comfort but originals included if you're not into scraping pegs on the twisties!
All in all a great all-purpose bike in near new nick priced to sell quickly. No mucking about!
