This the way you want to buy one of these iconic touring bikes. This is NOT an ex-Police bike. Full service history. All 3 original keys. All the original books including the owners/service book. It will get its 40,000 km with our dealership workshop before it goes to the new owner. It has been garaged and cared for from new. It had some bike specific, clear protective film around the footpeg areas which has been removed and left a near perfect finish. NO Corrosion. No Paint Work scratched or stone chips that we could see. I have taken a lot of photos which I hope shows its condition but feel free to get in touch and we can provide more.
These are the full spec models. Cruise Control, Heated Grips, Adjustable Seat, Electronical Adjustable Suspension (ESA), Heated Seats, Electric Adjust on Windscreen and a Radio. The shaft drive system from BMW is state of the art and negates the need for chain adjusting and mess associated with oiling.
The BMW OEM panniers and top box are colour coded and keyed to the ignition key. There is a OEM tank bag and black sheepskin seat covers with the bike. The previous owner also fitted an Akroprovic Sports Exhaust which is not much louder than the standard system. But much lighter.
The previous owner got to an age where he needed to downsize. So here is the opportunity to own a top class version of the RT. It has a few minor scratches on the a plastic cylinder protector. Typical of this model and age. Rest of the bike is near perfect.
For peace of mind the bike will go through our service centre, come with a PPSR (clear title etc) and NSW roadworthy. Trade ins most welcome.
