With an awesome 1649cc six cylinder engine with raw power(118kw) and plenty of torque(175nm), and brakes to match!, this bike eats up the k's on the road in pure comfort. With all the usual features from BMW, including Cruise Control, Traction Control, ABS, Adaptive lighting, Heated seats and handgrips, Electronic controlled suspension(with new Wilbers shocks fully integrated, at a cost of more than $3000).
Multiple ride modes and suspension settings, tyre pressure monitoring, coupled with the centrally lockable panniers and top box and big adjustable windscreen, make it a breeze to take on really long rides.
Pirelli Angel GT tyres, Front has done 1,000klm and Rear is brand new, thanks to a puncture which was not repairable.
New rear disc and pads fitted.
With new ball joints in front suspension, a huge saving for new owner, makes challenging conditions a breeze.
Odessey PC680 battery fitted for super reliable starting.
It's fantastic to ride through twisty mountain roads, equally at home on a long straight stretch and is even comfortable and surprisingly nimble around town.
There's plenty of power from the big engine and if you're in a lazy mood it is torquey enough to do very few gear changes.
I will be sad to see it go, but just don't ride the bike enough.
Also have a HEX GS-911 diagnostic tool and Optimate4 charger if potential buyer interested at a fair price.
