Well maintained 11/2006 FJR 1300, 135k on the clock.
I am the third owner, purchasing in 2022 with 118k. The previous owner purchased the bike in 2009 with 11k and then did 107k trouble free travel. All services were carried out on time including valve clearance checks at required intervals of 40k and 80k, all in spec each time. Supporting invoices for all services were provided and are in my possession.
Since my purchase the following work has been done;
New front rotors
Service including spark plugs and air filter
Rear shock replaced
Front fork rebuild, bushes, seals and oil
Steering stem bearings removed and re lubed
Front and rear wheel bearings replaced
Drive shaft removed and spline re lubed
Delkevic slip ons fitted
Valve clearance check at 121k, all in spec
Starter out and re furbed
Reg/rec replaced
G2 Throttle Tamer fitted
K&N air filter fitted
Power Commander 5 fitted and custom fuel map installed by EBT Performance, Wodonga
Metzeler Roadtec 01 tyres with ample tread remaining
All keys, service books, owners manuals included
Service history since my purchase
Panniers are standard equipment as are heated grips , centre stand,and electric screen adjustment
Bike remains a strong performer and should be good for a long while yet
Being 20 years old there are some scratches, stone chips and other minor blemishes including boot scuff marks on the panniers
Upgraded to another style of bike
