After 16 years of meticulous ownership, I’m parting with my beloved Ducati S4RS — not for lack of love, but simply because I don’t ride it as much as it deserves. This is one of the great Monsters: the last of the truly raw, analogue Ducatis before electronics began to tame them. Equipped with full Öhlins suspension, forged Marchesini rims, 4-pad Brembo calipers, and a glorious set of Termignoni pipes, this machine is the purest expression of Ducati’s naked superbike DNA. Recently fully serviced by Gowanloch Ducati, including front and rear shock overhauls and radiator service. It’s mechanically spot-on, brought right up to spec, and ready for its next chapter. If you’re looking for a bike that engages all the senses, rewards skill, and leaves you grinning long after you park it, this S4RS will do just that. They don’t make them like this anymore.
