What a wonderful and versatile machine this is. It will just as easily commute to work or take you on an adrenaline-filled weekend getaway. A unique blend of rumbling character, low end torque and brilliant chassis and brakes make this a real gem. The 1999 model is the pick of the bunch as it’s non-ABS and no servo brakes and the upgraded 5-speed gearbox makes it very reliable. It also comes equipped with excellent aftermarket Bitubo shocks front and rear that are fully adjustable, stainless steel brake lines and rapid dog bar risers to make it slightly more neutral in it’s riding position, I’ve added a nice black sheepskin cover to the seat and Rizoma indicators on the rear. BMW’s R1100s combines unique 90’s design language and sleek aesthetics with BMW’s iconic boxer engine. This one has been very well looked after and comes with all the paperwork and service history from the day it was purchased new in 1999. I’ve spent a fair bit of money getting this bike in top condition with the help of Tony at Gee Tee motorcycles. BMW hard panniers included, low km’s and long rego till end of February 2027. 67,800km. Selling as I’ve had a baby and want to downsize. Open to reasonable offers or trade for Triumph Bonneville, Royal Enfield 650 or Moto Guzzi V7.
