Fully rebuilt for the road and for a weekend on the track
Professionally done - Full engine rebuild to a stage 3 ported engine and tune by Bill Wilson himself of Wilson Performance in the US. Bill has decades of experience in 2stroke performance engines and specialises in builds for RZ500, RZV 500 and RD500LC.
Motor being mechanically A1 with only 5000 kms after full engine strip down/rebuild with genuine OEM parts and engine run in to make sure it’s bulletproof.
Work Carried out details:
Bill Wilson Stage 3 ported and tuned rebuilt RZ500 engine.
Bill Wilson custom Reed Valves - better than the Vforce4’s
Custom throttle cable pilot 4 into 1 like the 500cc 2stroke GP bikes
Running brand new 28mm Smart Carb 3.0 billet made carbs out of the US for unmatched performance.
Custom made Bill Wilson K&N air filter boxes
Custom 2T oil reservoir for oil injection
Electronic and cluster all Koso
Zeeltronic PCDI ignition time with maps for track and road
Custom Jim Lomas stainless steel chamber Exhausts
RGV front forks and swing-arms for weight reduction,
Tokico braking system
Engine Temperature sensors
Bigger radiator and fan for cooling.
Steering Damper for better stability.
Pro taper motard style handlebars that are adjustable.
Paint frame wheels everything has been done.
2 stroke Collector downsizing since moving overseas.
