Ducati 900SD. Genuine 1 owner bike in absolutely brilliant condition with 35000km total mileage. The 900 SD improved on the Darmah by having more robust bigends, 40mm carbs, Nippondenso electrics and Marzocchi suspension. It is now a much admired classic. After 30000km the bike spent 25 years stored while I raised a family and I put it back on the road after my wife left in 2013. It is located in Hobart but rarely used. In it's early years it broke an oil ring but is otherwise totally original drivetrain. When I brought it out of storage, I replaced the fork seals, refurbed the shocks and replaced the rubber brake lines and seals - braided lines. On professional advice, I did not need to touch the mechanics. Full history available. I love the bike but am only riding it a few times a year and am trying to simplify my life as a retiree. Tasmania doesn't have current roadworthy certificates but it went "over the pits" in 2019 after I let the rego lapse and passed with no faults. It is registered as a "Special Interest" vehicle at a reduced rate (in Tas) of $154.20pa. Offers over $28000 appreciated.
