This is a full custom built CX500 by 'AntMaherCustoms' Built from the ground up and from the inside out. Nothing overlooked or left to do but through a leg over and enjoy that sound of this 2into2 full stainless steel exhaust system. Along with the snappy response of the Mikuni Flat slides and rea-san full hall ignition system with the G8 stator ugrade. Set up on top of a set of Bespoke ltd Uk spoked rims with a custom CNC machined front hub to use the CBR600rr front end. Front suspension fully rebuilt. Front and rear brakes fully rebuilt. Hel braided brake lines. Brembo master cylinder and lever. All new control cables and engine hoses and cotton braided fuel lines. Samco silicon red radiator hoses. YSS Black edition rear struts. Rims wrapped in new Metzeler Wide Profile Sport tyres. From hand laid 320gram Carbon Fibre Twill Body parts finished in professionally applied clear coat, freshly powder coated Satin Black frame and Eastwood 2pac High Temp Engine paint imported from the USA. Custom CNC machined push button controls. Custom CNC Machined Hand grips. Custom CNC machined Bar End Indicators. Stainless steel Tig welded relocated Coolant tank Stainless steel Tig welded radiator shroud with stainless steel mesh. Purpose built moto lighting control unit. All new wiring loom. Kelpi Custom 3in1 rear lights. CX500 Cafe Racer Seat and Cowl. Italian Tarrozi rear sets. Custom Machined frame plugs. Full digital Acewell Speedo/tacho mounted with a custom CNC machined carbon fibre mount. New swing arm, steering and wheel bearings. Valve adjustment complete and compression tested and have the results showing at brand new factory levels GL650 Valve covers, vapour blasted and painted Engine was striped apart and Cam chain guides, tensioner and guides done. Engine cases stripped down and hand cleaned/sand and etched for 2pac engine paint. Engine reassembled with new gaskets, seals & O-rings etc Much much more, 17k spent on this build with a great quality donor bike, parts and paint, not including well over 380 hours in labour.
