The engine is the original in this frame.
This bike has been a ground up restoration to original condition.
Original parts restored where possible, some parts are replicas such as the Delkovic exhausts.

Currently has Special Interest registration.
The frame and all associated metal parts were media blasted and powder coated.
All nuts, bolts and washers have been restored, then Nickle plated.
The engine was stripped down, cases and cylinder and head etc. glass bead media blasted.
The outer alloy cases were restored and polished.
The bottom end , gears and mechanics were inspected and found to be within original specifications, New seals and gaskets were fitted throughout.
The engine top end was within original specs, with a cylinder hone performed, new piston and rings and gudgeon pins installed.
A new timing chain and guides fitted, valves ground, new valve stem seals fitted.
Valve clearances set with correct shims.
The carbs were stripped and ultrasonic cleaned, glass bead blasted and relevant parts re-zinc coated. New jets and gaskets used throughout.
Original Air box with new filter and the secondary inlet silencer
New intake boots and manifolds fitted.
New throttle and clutch cables fitted.
New, complete wiring harnesses installed.
New correct rear shocks.
New Moto bat battery, new rectifier, regulator and fuse box. all the electrics have been checked and are working and it is charging correctly.
New gauges, ignition switch and switch controls.
A Battery isolation switch has been fitted under the seat for additional security & safety. (Nonstandard)
New Starter clutch assembly fitted.
New steering damper fitted.
New handle bars and original style grips fitted.
New Footpeg, gear shift and kick starter rubbers fitted.
New ‘Delkovic’ 4 into 4 reproduction (with correct stamping) exhaust fitted.
New chain and sprocket set and chain guard fitted.
New front caliper, pads and master cylinder fitted. New brake lines top to bottom.
The wheels were rebuilt with new rims, rim tapes, tubes and correct tyres front and back.
The hubs were glass bead blasted. New stainless-steel spokes and nipples fitted.
The forks were rebuilt using new tubes and seals, dust wipes and fork oil.
The lower legs were glass bead blasted.
Tapered roller head stem bearings were fitted.
New swingarm bushes fitted.
New complete seat fitted.
The new tank, side covers and tailpiece was painted to a high quality in original colours (Diamond Dark Green) with 2 pack paint with gold and lighter green pin stripes.
Fitted with new tank and side-cover badges and restored fuel cap.
The nuts and bolts and chrome parts throughout were re-chromed or re-zinced.
Original owners handbook, document tray and a tool roll (incomplete).
