Comments from the dealer

PRICED TO SELL One of the most admired classic Ital Sports bikes, this beautiful 1973 Sport was restored in 2009 by marque expert Jeff Nash, of AMS Ducati in Dallas, Texas, for renown collector Jack Silverman. At completion the bike was shipped to the Silverman Racing Museum in Aspen, Colorado, where it sat on permanent display up until the untimely death of Jack Silverman. Purchased in 2017 the bike was packaged and shipped to Australia and has been kept on display in a private collection on the North Coast of NSW. Thoroughly inspected, new fluids, carburettor clean and overhaul (new o-rings, gaskets & diaphragms), the bike was started Aug 2023 for the first time since being restored; the bike runs beautifully and starts first kick.
